“Crisis is our daily job”. How is emergency taken into account at an emergency call center ?

چکیده
Au-delà de la crise actuelle des services d’urgence hôpitaux en France, nous interrogeons le fonctionnement au quotidien d’un centre réception et régulation appels du SAMU Marseille. Notre écriture est à deux voix : issue terrain ethnographique, dialogue avec une médecin urgentiste. Nous focalisons notre propos sur les enjeux autour qualification (par qui, quand comment ?) degré ou situation évaluer dans un temps contraint. mettons perspective ces partir formes leur prise compte cadre quels dispositifs, quelle écoute selon organisation collective ? donnons voir partie l’activité invisible qui participe pourtant cette catégorisation l’urgence. En outre, examinons modalités singulières conduisent décision médicale soumise mise récit par requérant crise, premier modèle d’une télémédecine devenir. Les situations présentées ici contribuent rendre plus généralement que vit secteur santé.
